Great preparation and care goes into our smoking process. We only use meats of the highest quality which are prepared fresh daily and seasoned with our signature rubs. All of our meats are slow smoked over cherry wood for hours to heighten the flavor and texture of the meat. This produces that caramelized smoky bark on the outside, while leaving it tender juicy inside. This is evident by the signature “pink smoke ring” produced from a proper smoking technique.
